My First Post.....

I was born in North Carolina on a warm and sunny August day in 1968 to the oddest two people in the world.. my parents were, well, that is for later..

I am currently in the process of moving from my life in Florida to a new Life in Georgia... not sure how I feel about that considering I love my life here.. well most aspects of it at least.

So who am I, I am Jeffrey and this blog is about me and how my midlife gay crisis has brought me to this point in my life. You see, I am not a very open person and recent life events pushed me to change the person I was into a someone I thought I should be with both positive and negative affects. The first blog for me is just an attempt to share my life with others.

When I first decided to write about my life I was curious if anyone would be interested and then I remembered that I had asked myself that same question my whole life about anything I was involved in . 'would the kids be interested in me' when I started school, 'would that boy think I was interesting enough to go out with me' the first time I went to a gay bar and so on..

Will anyone be 'interested'.. at this point, I am not sure I care.. I have learned that people either care or don't and you are never going to change their minds.

So, welcome to my story..... we will see what is to come and where my new adventure takes me.. if its like my other moves it is bound to be interesting..
